Les Hine joined Mxi Technologies as President in October, 2006. His role was expanded to include the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in October, 2009. Les is responsible for Mxi's strategic direction and oversees all operations including Research & Development, Services, Sales, Marketing and Finance & Administration. Prior to joining full time, Les was a consultant to Mxi on strategy and business planning for twelve months.
Les started his career with the Procter & Gamble Company, where he spent twenty-one years. He worked in Marketing in Canada, Spain and Portugal for thirteen years, and then became a Vice President and General Manager for eight years; four of them in Canada and four of them in Japan where he ran three divisions of P&G for Japan and Korea. Prior to becoming a consultant to Mxi, he worked for Molson, Canada's largest brewer, where he held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer and President of their Ontario and Western Canada division.
Les holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

Jeff Cass joined Mxi in 1996 as one of the original members of the company. As Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Jeff is responsible for forming Mxi's product vision and leading Mxi in fulfilling that vision via Product Management, Research & Development and Services research initiatives. In addition, Jeff serves on Mxi's Board of Directors.
With nineteen years of experience in the aerospace industry, Jeff's areas of expertise include maintenance engineering, maintenance management systems, product design and software development, program management, and software research and development leadership. Jeff has spent his entire career applying information technology innovation to solve industry's maintenance problems, with the vast majority of that experience applied to commercial and defence aviation.
Jeff is a graduate, with High Distinction, of Carleton University's Mechanical Engineering program.

Mark Goudie joined Mxi Technologies as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. In his role, Mark is responsible for financial, legal, human resources, information technology, administrative and facilities management.
Mark possesses twenty years of experience as a financial professional with various large organizations. Prior to joining Mxi, Mark held the position of Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at World Heart Corporation, a medical devices company that was publicly-traded on the NASDAQ and TSX. He has also been Vice-President of Finance & Administration and CFO of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and the Palladium, as well as Vice-President of Finance & Administration and CFO of a network services and manufacturing company, and Controller of a U.S. and Canadian publicly-traded networking equipment manufacturer.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant who started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in the auditing, accounting and tax group before joining the management consulting practice in their business controls group.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and serves on a number of company and charity Board of Directors.

Mike Moroz joined Mxi Technologies in late 2007. In his role, Mike is responsible for the worldwide delivery of the Maintenix product, directing a large organization of architects, analysts, developers, project managers and trainers.
Mike has twenty-five years of experience with high-tech companies. Prior to joining Mxi, Mike spent five years as VP Professional Services for Entrust Technologies where he was responsible for the delivery of internet security products to a wide range of large global customers. Before that Mike was employed by Nortel Networks for twenty years. During this period he held increasingly senior management positions in a number of functions including Customer Service, Product Management, Network Engineering, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing. For the majority of his tenure at Nortel Networks, Mike was responsible for Customer Service and Professional Services organizations.
Mike has both a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Electrical) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Western Ontario.

As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Mxi Technologies, Michael Hoffman is responsible for driving global sales strategies and business development activities aimed at achieving Mxi's growth objectives as well as supporting Mxi's market leadership position in the industry.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the enterprise-class IT software market, Michael has a proven track record of delivering results from world-class sales organizations. Prior to joining Mxi Technologies, Mr. Hoffman served as Global Vice President Sales Operations at NICE Systems, Vice President International Sales Operations at Parametric Technology Corporate and Global Sales at Witness Systems.

Dave Curley

As the Senior Vice-president of Marketing and Product Management for Mxi Technologies, Dave is responsible for advancing the strategic marketing direction of Mxi and its aviation management products and services portfolio.
With twenty-five years of experience in the software industry, Dave has a distinguished track record in a diversity of fields, ranging from telecom to defense. Prior to joining Mxi, Dave was Vice President of Marketing for QNX Software Systems, a real-time operating software provider. Dave has held positions as Chief Operating Officer at Texar Corporation, a security infrastructure software company; as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bridgewater Systems, an access control software company for wireless and wireline service providers; and as Vice President of Marketing at Mitel Networks, a global provider of enterprise and small business communications solutions.
Dave is a member of the Board of Directors for OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation), Ottawa’s lead economic development corporation whose mandate is to help Ottawa technology companies compete globally. He is also a regular guest speaker for the Queens University MBAST and Business Consulting program.

Rob Vandenberg is the Vice President of Research & Development for Mxi Technologies. In his role, Rob is responsible for the design and development of the Maintenix product and its core technologies.
During his sixteen year career, Rob has gained extensive experience in the development of information systems for the aviation and industrial sectors, performing in a number of software architecture and management positions. During his time at Mxi he has held increasingly senior R&D positions, now covering Architecture & Technology, Product Design and Development, Software QA, and Engineering Support.
Rob holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Carleton University and is one of Mxi's founders.

Randy Baker joined Mxi Technologies in 2006 to lead Mxi's Human Resources function. In his role, Randy ensures that HR's strategic direction contributes to the ongoing growth and future success of Mxi, with an emphasis on developing people as a key competitive advantage.
Randy has over fifteen years of Human Resources experience at a variety of large and small technology organizations. Prior to joining Mxi, Randy was HR Leader at Galazar Networks Inc. He also held a variety of Human Resources and Employment roles with Cisco Systems Ottawa R&D centre. Randy joined Cisco via the acquisition of Skystone Systems.
Randy holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a graduate of the Queen's University Master of Industrial Relations program.
